Isauro Rodriguez’s experience includes:

Being trained as a civil attorney and concentrating his practice to Latin America has given him the tools to navigate not just the complex legal systems of the various country’s that integrate South and Central America but their social stretcher. Providing his client´s with vital incite on how to operate legally in Latin America but also how not to loss their Social License.

He has been associated with important transnational corporations in Mexico such as PEMEX and others, giving him a unique perspective, on doing business not just in Mexico but also in Latin America.

He has collaborated with some of the most important Law firms located in Mexico City as well as with international law firms in Reynosa and Matamoros both cities are located in the State of Tamaulipas.

In Mexico City he did pro bono work with one of the largest organizations helping immigrants in Mexico. His obligations included resolving complex immigration issues related but not limited to helping individuals successfully obtain refugees status in Mexico working with (COMAR) and the National Immigration Institute. He also helped immigrants with their administrative procedures regarding their immigration status in Mexico.

He has given conferences about; doing business in Latin America, immigration reform in Mexico, Telecommunications reform in Mexico, Labor aspects to consider in Mexico, Understanding the Mexican Legal System, protecting Intellectual Property in Mexico and the new reality regarding Energy company’s in Mexico.

He has also been actively involved with academia, as a professor of law in banking law, Private international law (conflict law), Mexican Notary Law, Family Law Contract Law and Civil Law.
