With this duo you can't go wrong. Dr Toscano has been my Doctor since I arrived in Manzanillo 14 years ago. I have had multiple incidences both regular and emergencies where he has literally SAVED MY LIFE FROM DEATH, or worse a STROKE. Being 77 now with quadruple bypass and multiple complications
which include AFIB,COPD,INTESTINAL IBS, Allergies, edema, and forgetfulness common in old age problems, all tied to you heart and lungs.
